2 of my Girls

You know I have 5 dogs now........and that I am mad about them...... well here are 2 of my young dogs, we had them out obedience training and doing a little bit of retrieving......these pictures were taken last year, during the warm hazy days of summer, can you remember them.

Lots to Do

I am falling behind with the designing of papers for the next cd......I have got a few done but I am busy with other things at the moment..then Willow has given me drawings of the new range of stamps that she has done, they are beautiful, and I have been playing around with them. Then I have got this new cricut to play with....I am enjoying scrapbooking at the moment, that isn't as easy as it looks, and I have to go out today so can't work , maybe later on.

Whimsicle Springtime

Here is my scrapbook page using my cricut.

I used the Walk in my Garden for the flowers which were painted with H2O's and decoupaged, flower power, patchwork made with love, willow cottage, (butterfly and dragonfly new designs coming soon) all from Willow Designs. The 8" x 8" scrapbook backing paper from the Springtime cd also from Willow Designs.

I really did enjoy making this scrapbook page, there were so many different techniques involved, I could have also used some stamping and embossing but I don't think I could get it onto the page lol lol

Scrapping

It's not as easy as I thought it would be ...this scrapping I mean...I was lying in bed trying to think up ideas. I am not a serious kind of person as far as creating is concerned, I do however like some kind of order to my work, I also do whimsicle....in fact I love whimsicle and small, I love small. So what I am going to do is...... I am going to cut some shapes from my cricut using white card and paint them ( I'm no artist mind you ) then decoupage them and see what I come up with.......

I think ( I think too much for my own good sometimes lol lol) I am going to take my dogs out for a long walk, see if I can blow some cobwebs away and to stop me sitting and thinking about Ria (ouch it still hurts).

Scrapbooking Page

I have never done much scrapping, I think that's the right terminology, but I am going to have a go.
I am going to keep on the theme of Easter and Springtime, I took some photographs yesterday of snowdrops and daffodils so I am going to use them and my little cricut and see what I can come up with.

Easter Box

I have tried to turn it on different sides to get the effect.

Here is the easter box I have been working on for 2 days, I really struggled with it yesterday because of circumstances as you know, but in the end I started to enjoy it. My little cricut certainly helps me out when I run out of inspiration......he is a sweet little thing but he does like the sticky stuff on my mats lol lol....only those of you who have a cricut will know what I am talking about.

Easter Box

I haven't felt much like crafting today but I am in the middle of making an easter box. It is decorated on all four sides and I am using a mixture of decoupaged framies and shapes from my cricut machine...I just love that little bug, I have got 5 cartridges now ( I have just received another 2 today) so maybe I might get a photograph of my easter box on here tomorrow.
